중도 탈락한 체육특기자의 자아정체성 형성과정
이 연구는 중도 탈락한 체육특기자의 자아정체성 형성과정을 살펴본 후, 그 문제점들을 제시하는데 있다. 이를 위해 심층면담과 참여관찰을 통한 자 료수집 후, 영역분류분석을 바탕으로 범주화하여 자료를 해석하였다. 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 주변인의 승리 강요와 혹독한 훈련일정은 학교생활을 어 렵게 하였고, 지도자와는 반교육적 관계가 형성, 학습해야 될 ‘발달과업’을 습득 못해 미래결정의 긍정적 자아형성에 어려움을 겪게 하였다. 둘째, 운동 포기시 현실은 걱정, 불안, 단절 된 교우관계로 인해 새로운 관계형성에 걸 림돌이 되었다. 참여자는 탈락 후, 부정적 자아를 형성하고 있기 때문에 학 교문화 적응에 곤란을 경험한다. 즉, 문화 부적응, 심리적 장애는 부정적 자 아상을 형성, 원만한 인간관계와 역할, 삶을 살아가는데 장애요인이 된다. 스 포츠의 가치는 진실성과 내재적 관점에서 다시 조명되어야 하며, 긍정적 자 아정체성을 형성하기 위해 중도탈락은 실패가 아닌 새로운 시작이 될 수 있 는 제도적 장치를 위한 교육적 선택이 선행되어야 할 것이다.
The Study of Forming Drop-out School Athletic’ Self-identity
The purpose of this study was to clearly verify the root of matters of korea professional baseball based on various factors involved in the foundation backgrounds. The foundation plans and backgrounds were investigated based on the facts as follows. 1)need of fostering professional baseball, 2) progress of push head and planning process, Results of this study were as follows. First, It was uncertain that the foundation plan for the professional baseball was mainly made by Korea professional baseball committee, or people in the baseball sector. There was political involvement and relation to the foundation. investigation and gathering data, hearing and meeting with related organizations, and owner meetings after found companies that could establish the baseball team. Third, there were 11 items such as team selection and franchise region, and etc in the detail examination of foundation purpose and 9 years plan for fostering the professional baseball. Professional baseball is 30th anniversary and the period of young adult. This study is to provide the root of matters that could record the historical facts related with foundation backgrounds and political involvement in the beginning of professional baseball, Korea. Also, this study is to maximize historical truth through oral data and document of modern professional sports in the period change of Korea society.
